What does brokerage cost?

The commission is 5 % on every concluded deal, with no discount. It arises only when both sides have closed the contract.

What does the Plus subscription do?

Plus (€12.99 per month or €100 per year) makes your requests and offers visible across the whole market. The commission stays the same.
